The five best omakase menus in Guadalajara

Guadalajara has evolved remarkably in recent years in terms of culinary options. We have excellent examples of luxurious restaurants, Mexican chefs with Michelin stars in various types of cuisine, and places that offer Japanese culinary art are no exception. Therefore, we’re recommending the five best Asian restaurants with omakase menus. .

Omakase is a Japanese term used in sushi restaurants and refers to the experience of leaving the choice of dishes to be served in the hands of the chef, or “trusting the chef.” It is a way of enjoying a dinner in which the customer does not know exactly what they are going to eat, since the chef selects the ingredients and prepares the dishes according to his criteria and knowledge.

The omakase experience is often more expensive than the à la carte experience, as the customer trusts the chef’s skill to prepare a unique and personalized dining experience. In addition, the chef can also select high-quality ingredients that are hard to find to create unique and surprising dishes.

Here are five restaurants where you can experience an exclusive omakase menu. Enjoy!
